I've finally made some time to update this site a bit. This is my personal website - if you're looking for photos from my recent or historical adventures, you'll have to check my online scrapbook, Quartknee.com.

Basically this is a site about me. I put it up way before blogs and online communities were invented as a way to express myself online. It has evolved over the years and at one point became a repository for all of the silly bits too corny for Quartknee.com. These days, it's a little more straight-forward and streamlined. I've found it makes meeting people offline easier if they Google me and find this site, though usually they find the scrapbook stuff first.

Changing

In an effort to keep evolving, experimenting and mixing things up, I decided to grow out some facial hair in 2007. I got a good reaction & I decided to keep the goatee for a while. I've noticed that I garner the attention of a totally different segment of the populace and I'm still trying to figure out if it's good, bad or just different.

Things changed in early 2008 when I became an extra in the Gus Van Zant biopic, "MILK" - I shaved off the goatee and left enough hair over my lip to be quantified as a 1970's Porn 'Stache...
